Ready for Christmas

Long and behold it's been another month with our Elliot. He's growing into such a dog. We're having an easier crating experience, and he's settling. However, still would do better with this setting for only short periods of time.

The Christmas tree is up with gifts and decorations underneath and he's done well not to chew anything up. He's learning what are his toys and what is everything else.

My daughter is teaching him his commands. So she is beginning to draw boundaries and he's picking up her cues.

Still a big cuddle bug and thinks he's a lap dog. He's discovered he can also jump into her bed even though he's a big one, but as long as he says at the end before her feet can reach, they both fit comfortably.

He's learning to bark at noises and strangers, getting to be a good guard dog. He's a bit of a spazz, so I try to get him to stay still by the tree or keep something Christmas on his head and he will keep it on, but he runs off. Will keep trying.
